Bullion Archive offers collectible, numismatic, commemorative, and precious-metal coins.
We work to present product titles, specifications, metal content, purity, weight, denomination, year or date range, condition, images, pricing, and availability accurately.
Some product photographs may be representative. Natural variations in appearance, toning, packaging, date, mint marks, or condition may occur when disclosed in the applicable product listing.
The product description displayed at the time of purchase controls the specifications included with your order.
3. Coin Condition and Grading
A coin is represented as third-party graded or certified only when the product listing identifies the grading service and grade.
Terms such as Brilliant Uncirculated, Proof, Cull, Random Year, or Random Date are used according to the description provided on the applicable product page.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice before an order is accepted.
Collectible and precious-metal prices may be affected by market conditions, metal value, availability, condition, rarity, and customer demand.
Payment authorization and any required verification must be completed before an order can be fulfilled. Any amounts legally required at checkout will be displayed before the order is submitted.
5. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, eligibility conditions, dates, product exclusions, or other terms displayed with the applicable offer.
Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
6. Order Acceptance
An order confirmation only acknowledges that we received your order. It does not guarantee final acceptance or shipment.
Bullion Archive may decline, limit, or cancel an order because of:

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment.
Shipping availability, tracking, address requirements, delays, and damaged-delivery claims are governed by our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Eligible returns, replacements, exchanges, refunds, damaged-order claims, and cancellation requests are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
